Returns policy

We can only refund items within:

  • 30 Days of arrival in the USA
  • 14 days of arrival in the UK and Rest of the World

Please note: We will only refund unopened items. Minus all shipping and handling fees.

If for any reason any items arrive faulty please send a photograph outing the fault along with a description detailing the Batch or Lot number which can be found on either the bottle or package box to support [at] roarambition.com.

Note: We can only refund to the original purchase card.

Customs Charges & Seizures

Thousands of boxes of Prime Male are sent around the world each month, the majority of them reach the customers successfully and without any extra charges.

Sometimes customs charges are added to the parcel or the parcel is seized by customs and destroyed or sent back.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any customs charges that are added to your parcel. You will not be refunded is your parcel is seized by customs. If the parcel is returned to us we will refund you, minus the shipping cost.

If a parcel is held by customs and requires additional documentation, our support team will provide this to you.

It is your responsibility as the customer to check your local import and customs laws before ordering.

Due to the number of countries that we send to and ever changing laws, we are unable to keep up to date with each country.

Note: There are never charges for customers in the USA, UK, or EU as we ship from within the US and EU.
