Shipping & Returns


We ship Prime Male orders out as quickly as possible and make returns easy.

Shipping

All orders are sent out on the same day or the next day. If you place your order on the weekend then it will be sent out on the Monday.

All parcels are sent out by a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of your order being sent out.

Please note: The expected delivery times below are given to us by the shipping companies, occasionally parcels are delayed. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive and check your tracking number before contacting us.

USA/CANADA:

Any orders in the US (including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico), Mexico and Canada are sent from our depots in Tennessee & Salt Lake City.

USPS Priority

Delivery time: 2-4 working days

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are sent by USPS Priority

Delvery time: 5-10 working days

USPS International

Delivery time Canada: 5-15 working days

Delivery time Mexico: up to 40 days due to local customs and delivery services.

Orders before 2pm EST are sent the same day. Orders after 2pm EST are sent the next working day.

UK:

All UK orders are sent from our depot in England.

Royal Mail 48 hour tracking

Delivery time: 1-2 working days

Royal Mail Special Delivery

Delivery time: 1 working day


Royal Mail Industrial Action

The following dates have been confirmed strike days by Royal Mail:

  • Friday 30 September 2022 and Saturday 1 October 2022
  • Thursday 13th October 2022
  • Thursday 20th October 2022
  • Tuesday 25th October 2022
  • Monday 28th November 2022

Further dates have also been announced by the CWU for functional strike action which impacts parts of our operation on the following:

  • Processing, Distribution, International, Collections, Admin: 3rd, 9th, 15th, 24th November and 1st December 2022
  • Delivery: 4th, 10th, 16th, 25th November and 2nd December 2022
  • Network: 2nd, 8th, 14th, 23rd, 30th November 2022

DHL

Delivery time: 1-2 working days

If you ordered before 1pm GMT we’ll send it the same day. If you ordered after 1pm GMT we’ll send it out the next working day.

Europe:

Any orders to Europe are sent from our depot in England.

FedEx International Connect

Delivery time: 3-6 working days

FedEx International Express

Delivery time: 1-2 working days

Any orders before 1pm GMT are sent the same day. Any orders made after 1pm GMT are sent out the next working day.

Australia and the rest of the world:

Orders outside of the USA, UK and Europe are sent from our depot in England.

Fedex International Connect

Delivery time: 5-15 working days

Please note: South American orders can take up to 40 days due to local customs and delivery services.

DHL Express

Delivery time: 2-6 working days

DHL is potentially not available for certain smaller countries.

Please note: International orders can possibly be delayed or held in customs. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive and check your tracking number before contacting.

We regularly send to all parts of the world. If you live in a country that has a local postal service then we can send to you. If you're still unsure you can contact our customer support. 

Countries We Do Not Ship To

Unfortunately there are a number of countries we cannot ship to.

Afghanistan, Algeria, Argentina, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, French Polynesia, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Isle of Man, Israel, Kuwait, Libya, Mexico, Montenegro, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Réunion, Russia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, U.S. Outlying Islands, Venezuela, Vietnam.

Returns

We do think that you’ll achieve great results using our products. However, if you’ve decided it’s not for you and you’d like to return something, here is what you can return.

Have you received your order within the last 30 days for USA/Canada or within 14 days for UK & the rest of the world, are your products unused, unopened, still sealed and the product packaging undamaged?

If yes, then please email our customer support team at [email protected] and include:

  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Order Number
  • Name of product
  • Reason for return

Our Customer Support team will then be in touch with the correct return address for your products.

Please remember to include the same details in with your returns.
