We ship PrimeMale™ orders out as quickly as possible and make returns easy.
All orders are sent out on the same day or the next day. If you place your order on the weekend then it will be sent out on the Monday.
All parcels are sent out by a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of your order being sent out.
Please note: The expected delivery times below are given to us by the shipping companies, occasionally parcels are delayed. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive and check your tracking number before contacting us.
If you live in the USA (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) or Canada your order will be sent out from our distribution depot in Tennessee.
For mainland USA we have two options:
USPS Priority - Tracked
Expected delivery time: 2 - 4 working days
FedEx 2 Day – Tracked & Requires a Signature
Expected delivery time: 2 - 3 working days
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are sent by USPS priority
Expected delivery time: 5 - 10 working days
Expected delivery time to Canada: 5 - 10 working days
Orders made before 2pm EST will be sent out the same day. Orders made after 2pm EST will be sent out the next day.
Parcels in the UK are sent by Royal Mail tracked from our depot in England.
Expected delivery time: 1 - 2 working days
Orders made before 1pm GMT will be sent out the same day. Orders made after 1pm GMT will be sent out the next day.
Parcels going to Europe are sent by Royal Mail tracked from our depot in England.
Expected delivery time: 3 - 6 working days
Parcels going outside of the USA, UK and Europe will be sent from our depot in England by Royal Mail international tracked airmail.
Expected delivery time: 5 - 15 working days
Please note: South American orders can take up to 30 days due to local customs and delivery services.

We regularly send to all parts of the world. If you live in a country that has a local postal service then we can send to you. If you are still unsure, please contact our customer support team.

Returning unopened and unwanted items is easy. Just contact our customer support team here within 7 days of receiving your order. They will give you the appropriate address to return your item(s).
