How to grow big, strong legs, by doing as little leg work as possible!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><b>How to Grow Big Legs (If You Hate Leg Day)<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b><i>Question: I hate training legs, but I know that I need to do them. Is there a trick to building big legs that makes things easier?<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Answer: The short answer is that if you really want big legs then you&#8217;re going to need to train them like crazy. BUT, there are ways to make leg exercises more palatable, and I think I&#8217;ve found one.<\/p>\n<p>The problem with leg training is that most of us do it all in one day. Which makes us not look forward to that training session. It&#8217;s the first one that gets thrown out if we can&#8217;t make a session.<\/p>\n<p>So, how do we tackle this issue?<\/p>\n<p>Simple, we split our leg workout into four separate sessions. Think about it. You&#8217;re probably going to perform 5-6 exercises on a leg training session.<\/p>\n<p>But what if we split those up into your four weekly sessions?<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s just 1-2 exercises per session.<\/p>\n<p>So instead of chest and arms day, you&#8217;re doing chest and arms PLUS barbell squats.<\/p>\n<p>And instead of back day, you&#8217;re doing back day PLUS Romanian deadlifts.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ve also now got an extra session where you can add in some more back, chest, or arms exercises, PLUS two leg exercises.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s so great about this system is that it allows you to train heavier with legs, while still getting enough rest and recovery. And studies have demonstrated that when volume is equal, training frequency isn&#8217;t important when it comes to muscle growth [1]. So your body doesn&#8217;t care if you train legs once per week, or five times per week, so long as total volume (how many reps and sets) is the same.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.primemale.com\/articles\/should-i-follow-a-bodybuilder-routine-or-not\/\"><em>Should you follow a bodybuilding program or not?
